Regulatory Assistant

Porzio Life Sciences seeks a full-time, entry-level REGULATORY ASSISTANT for our Morristown office.  Regulatory Assistants research and track legislation related to the sales and marketing activities of life sciences companies.  The ideal candidate will be a bright, energetic individual with strong verbal, written and analytical skills. In addition to solid organizational skills, this person must have a bachelor’s degree, and working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Conduct research and track findings;
  • Review and update Internet-based products;

Quality Control Supervisor

Porzio Life Sciences seeks a full-time QUALITY CONTROL SUPERVISOR for our Morristown office.  The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, knowledge of federal government procedures and the regulatory rulemaking process, excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and strong project management skills.  Candidates should also have a Juris Doctorate or have significant experience working in the life sciences marketing and sales compliance industry. 
Responsibilities will include:
  • Perform quality control review of, and written updates to, various compliance products, services and/or deliverables;
  • Perform factual and legal research;
  • Review and prepare summaries of laws, regulations and pending legislation;
  • Ensure consistent and organized quality procedures are implemented and effective;
  • Collaborate to plan for new products, services and enhancements; and
  • Train and supervise regulatory personnel and provide oversight regarding workload distribution.
