Kristin Eberhardt is a Senior Regulatory Analyst for Porzio Life Sciences, LLC. Ms. Eberhardt is a member of the core team responsible for developing and maintaining the Transparency & Limitations Database, a key component of the Porzio Compliance Digest and the Porzio AggregateSpendID solutions. In her role, Ms. Eberhardt tracks pending and current state and federal regulations and legislation affecting the sales and marketing practices of the life sciences industry and continues to maintain and support Porzio AggregateSpendID.
For twelve years prior to joining PorzioLS, Ms. Eberhardt worked as an Assistant Coordinator of Paralegal Services and a Senior Paralegal by the organization’s parent company, Porzio, Bromberg & Newman, PC. Her law firm responsibilities included paralegal management, recruitment, training, and support related to mass tort and other defense litigation for life sciences companies, with an expertise in research and database management.
Before joining Porzio, Ms. Eberhardt spent nine years performing management responsibilities and litigation paralegal work for other law firms. Ms. Eberhardt received her Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey and Paralegal Certification from Ocean County College.
