Alicia A. Whittlesey is a Director of Compliance Services of Porzio Life Sciences, LLC.  She collaborates with the life sciences companies to provide regulatory and compliance guidance.  In addition, Ms. Whittlesey is Counsel to Porzio, Bromberg & Newman, PC, where she counsels life sciences companies on policies and procedures and state and federal laws and regulations that govern the Life Sciences industry including HIPAA and other privacy regulations, federal Food, Drug & Cosmetic Act, FDA guidance and regulations, the PhRMA Code, copyright and trademark laws. 

As a former in-house counsel for leading life sciences companies, Ms. Whittlesey leverages her background by providing a valued business perspective based on her experience guiding teams and stakeholders through a wide range of disciplines.   Most recently, she was with Biogen in Commercial Counsel Legal Affairs advising on effective methods to manage commercial and legal risks from in the US and abroad.
