We are pleased to announce that we have expanded the Mid-level Regulations Databases to include medical doctors and osteopathic doctors!
To accommodate this expansion, we deemed it appropriate to rename these databases to the HCP Authorities/Restrictions Databases to encompass both mid-level practitioners as well as medical doctors and osteopathic doctors. As with the other practitioners in these databases, the medical doctor and osteopathic doctor sections will include statutes, regulations, and pending legislation governing prescriptive and sampling authority.
