PorzioLS is pleased to welcome a new compliance associate, Theodore ("Theo") Rosini. Mr. Rosini counsels life sciences companies on a variety of compliance issues, including federal and state fraud and abuse laws, FDA promotional regulations, industry standards regarding interactions with healthcare professionals, and sampling requirements. Theo also collaborates on new products and services utilizing the existing business structure to expand the suite of compliance and regulatory services offered.
Additionally, Mr. Rosini is an associate of Porzio, Bromberg & Newman, P.C. and a member of the firm’s Life Sciences Compliance, Commercialization and Regulatory Counseling Department. In his capacity with the law firm, Mr. Rosini assists in the development of compliance programs for companies governing the sale and marketing of drugs and devices and the distribution of samples under federal and state law.
